What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per session?

Cancellation Policy
Behavioral Awareness Center requires a 24-hour notice if you decide to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is missed or rescheduled without 24-hour notice a charge of $50 will be added to your account.
